Baked Alaska Meatloaf
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
3/4 cups plain or Italian breadcrumbs
1 large egg, beaten
2 teaspoons McCormick® minced onions
1 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon McCormick® Chives
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
4 servings mashed potatoes, already prepared
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Gravy Mix, ground beef, minced onion, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl. Shape into a loaf, 2 inches high, in shallow baking pan.
Stir chives into prepared mashed potatoes. Spread over meat loaf. Bake 55 minutes or until cooked through. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
